CentraView Secures Major OEM License Agreement

Established Software Company Pays Multiple Six Figure Fee To Base New Product On CentraView Technology

Horsham, PA, June 1, 2005 CentraView, LLC, a leading provider of Open Source Centralized Business Management (CBM) software, including comprehensive Contact Management, Sales Force Automation (SFA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and much more, today announced that an established software company will develop its next generation of product and services offerings on CentraView's software technology. Due to the terms of the agreement, CentraView may not disclose the name of the other party to the transaction.

CentraView recently secured a multiple six figure license agreement with an established software company said Alan Rihm, CEO of CentraView. While we are unable to reveal the name of the company due to the private label nature of the agreement, this deal is a tremendous validation for CentraView and our Open Source community members. The company had the choice of building, buying or partnering with CentraView, and they chose to partner with CentraView. After a comprehensive due diligence process, the company felt that leveraging the CentraView architecture and code base would enable them to get to market faster, and reduce the risks and expenses associated with launching their new product and service offerings. The terms of the agreement may not be disclosed.
