#83 Marketing mail merge progress

Marketing > Mail Merge

When merging many records as an email, the users sits
looking at the
http://<domain>:8080/centraview/marketing/mailmerge_preview.do
screen for a long time while the system processes the
mail. The user should be taken to a "progress" screen
that refreshes every N seconds with an update on
progress. For instance, the progress screen might be
similar to the List Import progress screen, but with
the addition of:

Mail Merge is sending a total of N records
N records have been sent so far
N records remain to be sent

NOTE: Please do not close this window since it will
interrupt this process and some or all of your messages
will NOT be sent.
