In any list throughout the application, the Default Entity (Id == 1) should
be highlighted with a different row color that identifies it for users.

Also, it should always appear at the top of any Entity list.

I was pretty easily able to highlight the default entity in all Entity lists in the
application. Sorting it to be the at the top of the list in all cases will be much
more difficult.

Lowering priority - the highlighting is acceptable as-is. The sorting is something
that will need to be discussed and worked on at a later time.
