#18 Delete Individual record w/ assoc. user - no error message

If you attempt to delete an individual from contacts and that individual
has a user associated with it the individual will not delete. This is the
correct action, but in version 1.2 there was a java scipt popup that
informed the user

"The individual(s) (list of individuals associated with users) could not be
deleted because there is a login associated with this record. Please
see your Administrator for details.

Any other records selected were deleted.
