#103 v2.0.5 Std Activities by Entity Report - no results

It appears that searching for an activity associated
with an entity fails to display activities created by
other users.

Reproduction steps:

1) Create a new activity as user1, associated with
Entity Foo
2) Login as user2
3) Click activities on the top tool bar.
4) In search field type "Foo" where foo is either the
full entity name or part of it
5) click search
6) No results returned
7) logout and login as the person who created the
activity and repeat this process and you can see the
activities created by that user.

Searching after clicking All Activities has the same
effects
(ie: No results found)
