Hi, I would like to obtain a list of GEO accessions for a list of SN identifiers. Is there a way to do this in batch mode that does not require clicking or a lot of processing? This question was asked previously, but the answer involved clicking one by one on the web page output. I can't actually get the multiple query to work properly in any case, something like this doesn't work: http://celsius.genomics.ctrl.ucla.edu/service/cel/label?l=255;f=%2F%2FDBXREF%5B@dbspace=%27GEO%27%5D,%3B,%%d:%%a;id=SN:1005595+SN:1003038 Celsius is a great idea, it could be really useful. I have some feature requests: - See above, could this be implemented in the R package perhaps as a function? - It would be great if some of the source annotation was queryable within the R package. In particular, most of the data is from GEO, and it would be very helpful to be able to retrieve some of the GEO sample information such as Source Name and Characteristics. - The R queries seem to frequently time out. It would be great if this could be fixed. Thanks!
