Hi Alexander, I noticed you were downloading a lot of data last week. Not sure if this is too late for your current round of downloading, but we've just put up a first Celsius data snapshot. Basically, we take the RMA processed data for all arrays, and store them into binary files, one per arraydesign. The binary files are indexed. After that, we apply some QC methods to remove what look like "bad" arrays. Then, you can retrieve data from these files using the indexes. I have written some simple R and Perl code to do this. It can operate on a local file, or can read from the binary files over HTTP. It's quite fast -- even accessing the binary files over HTTP is much faster than querying the current DAS/2 server. Bret, what is the URL to these data? -Allen On 5/13/08, Alexander Ivliev <ivl...@gm...> wrote: > Hi Allen, > > Thanks.
