[Instructions]

Select Mutation Dataset.
Enter list of genes in HUGO box.
Set mutation cutoff values from expression_stat cutoffs.

Plots a histogram of the distribution of mutations per sample.
Plots boxplot of number of genes mutated per sample by total mutation load.
Plots a histogram of p-values of Fisher's Exact test for N genes mutated between high and low groups.
