[Instructions]

meta_heatmap generates a heatmap from numerical metadata types that are logically grouped together.

Select the metadata source. If applicable, subselect the metadata dataset. (ie. colon, breast, etc)
Press submit.

The heatmap is sample normalized across the datatype categories. This operation may not be appropriate if the datatypes are not logically related in this way.
