meta_heatmap

[Instructions]

meta_heatmap generates a heatmap from numerical metadata types that are logically grouped together.

Select the metadata source. If applicable, subselect the metadata dataset. (ie. colon, breast, etc)
Press submit.

The heatmap is sample normalized across the datatype categories. This operation may not be appropriate if the datatypes are not logically related in this way.

to color samples add a categorical meta number to the HUGO box e.g. meta-NNNN

Dev: added a selector to choose normalization method? (none, row, column) default: none.
selector to limit meta types to specific grouptag
searchbox to limit meta types to pattern match (SQL like eg. name like '%apoptosis%' )
