cnv_exp

Look for CNV associated with a gene's expression level.

For each gene in the genome, samples are divided into two groups based on CNV status ( 0.75 cutoff, min 5 snp). A t-test is performed using the expression of the chosen gene vs. the two groups. Significant differences are reported.
