Hi, first of all thank you for developping such an incredible tool !
I'm having a hard time with the Create Ingredient Panel. Wether it's online or on the app, I cannot open any PDB structure, wether it's the ones I'm interested in or the ones shown on the Youtube tutorial, even relauching the "Illustrate" several times in a row.
Does the software requires any specific PC capacity to be able to import the structures ? And is there a way to circonvent this issue by loading an image or else (but then the measurements would probably be off) ?

It's possible the server is down or or misconfigured. And yes it is possible to load an image to circumvent that system or even just make something fun and unique. We tried to make cellPAINT work on most hardware, the only requirement for ingredient creation is an internet connection. I will send a tutorial later tonight.

Indeed the problem came from the server. All fixed now. You can access illustrate either from cellpaint or directly through our web page : https://ccsb.scripps.edu/illustrate/. We also have a development version you can play with here https://mesoscope.scripps.edu/beta/cellPAINT_dev/. It has better performance.
