Celestron is a space shooter inspired by Chromium-BSU. To create Celestron,
many of Chromium-BSU's images and sounds were used, but the code was written
from scratch in Python and many features added.

Parts of PGPU will be removed in the next release.

Also note that Numpy (available here on SourceForge) or Numeric is needed to run this game.

Huge release today. From the git commit:

    • Fully working arcade mode
    • Image to baddie list script (generate_level.py)
    • More UI frameworking
    • Many optimizations (helps problem where framerate can go as low as 15FPS)
    • Chatbox icons
    • Some code centralizing
    • Tested time-elapse based updates (that didn't go well, so not using that; if it slows down, it slows down)
    • A few changes to the default levelset
