#206 Cloud shadows look bad on some planets

It is not always desirable to show cloud shadows on a planet. Gas giant cloud layer add-ons look very bad when cloud shadows are enabled. It would be useful if cloud shadows could be disabled for individual objects. A new SSC file property is required, as there's no way for Celestia to automatically determine when cloud shadows are appropriate. It could be either a boolean property or a float point value giving the cloud shadow depth as a value between 0 and 1.

    I added a CloudShadowDepth parameter to Atmosphere. Setting this value to 0 (also the default) will make cloud shadows disappear.
