#127 SampledOrbits should be double precision

v1.5

No

The positions in SampledOrbits are stored as single precision floating point values in order to conserve memory. However, this creates serious problems when precise positioning of bodies is required. The change to samporbit.cpp is very simple, but could cause some compatibility problems with add-ons that use xyz trajectories for delicate positioning, and for cel URLs that position the viewer near spacecraft.

Implemented new SampledTrajectory ssc object with fields that allow an ssc creator to specify numeric precision and interpolation type. Marking fixed, but awaiting verification before closing.
