C++ Event Handling Template Library / News: Recent posts

I have incorporated feedback from several people regarding the documentation and the time-stamping implementation. Both have been improved substancially (I hope the feeling will be shared :).

This is the first release of the C++ Event Handling Template Library, a small, self-contained set of header files you can use to incorporate the generation and distribution of events in your programs. I welcome any feedback!
