Enable dwarf2 as default,
Use ".L" As local label prefix.
A few more defines to be compatible with MSVC.
Implement the alias attribute.
Add selectany to the attributes handled.

... and a few tiny peaces of arm-wince-mingw32 :)

Finally remove that long lasting hack for __EH_FRAME_START__.
We don't support dwarf2 unwinders (we use sjlj exceptions), so,
disable the unwind info generation.
