I am a CE7 os image developer, my host is Win7 x64, VS2008+SP1+WEC7+CEDownloader 0.4.0.30

After I build a os image(NK.bin) successful, first I start cedownloader and select this file to download device, it work very good.But when
I change os code and rebuild nk.bin, vs2008 will report build failed because can't open nk.bin file to write content. at the case, whatever I
close cedownloader "download" viewer or click "stop" transfer icon, rebuild os image will failed too, but I exit cedownloader, rebuild os image
successful at once.
So, I must download once nk.bin first, then close cedowanloader, rebuild nk.bin, re-open cedownloader to downaload it again, and so on.
