Hello Is Semantic able to jump to exact function definition in C++ ? Assume the following code: class Human { public: void show(void) { cout << "It's me"; } void show(int age) { cout << "I'm " << age << " years old"; } } class Animal { public: void show(void) { cout << "This is animal"; } void show (int age) { cout "It is " << age << " years old"; } } int main (void) { Human Adam; Animal Bambi; Adam.show(); Adam.show(20); Bambi.show(); Bambi.show(3); } I would like to jump to the Animal::show(int) function with one command. I place the cursor on Bambi.<show>(3) and perform such a command. Can Semantic jump directly to the Animal::show(int) function definition without any additional questions ? ... or worse case but still acceptable: semantic shows the list of possible definitions and then you can choose the proper one to jump to. If Semantic is not able to do that do you know any tool under emacs that can do that ? Thank You for help. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Building a website is a piece of cake. Yahoo!
