1. Download the cedet lib 1.0beta from http://cedet.sourceforge.net/ and install
it like described in the INSTALL-file.
2. Setup your Emacs-configuration (mostly in .emacs) so c++-files are in c++-mode
(Done with the variable auto-mode-alist)
3. Use the shipped speedbar (shiped with the cedet lib, see 1.) or download
the Emacs Code Browser (ECB) from http://ecb.sourceforge.net/ (see
Screenshots-Section to get an impression) and install it like described
on the website (ECB always need the cedet-libs!)
4. That's all - browse your C++-Code...
