I've added two new functions to senator in the copy/paste area.
They are senator-transpose-tags-up, and senator-transpose-tags-down.
Useful for re-arranging @deffn tags in the doc. Possibly useful for
programming too, if you can remember they exist.
Right now they are pretty slow to use in quick succession. They tend
to force a full reparse. Due to the nature of the commands, it
should be possible to let them "fix" the cache. This would require a
new cache manipulation API at best. Not something to be done at this
Such an API for manipulating the cache would be useful when/if a
refactoring assistant is ever written.
I didn't bind them to any keys. Thought I'd get an opinion first.
