I was working on semantic's build process, and trying to remove more
tail loads of alternate packages. I trained it to generate autoloads
for classes and methods which allows autoloading of semanticdb classes
via the configuration variables.
Anyway, I had to teach eieio how to deal with autoload functions for
static methods, and for creation of methods. (It wouldn't overload a
method set with an autoload body.)
So, I have not yet checked in my semantic changes, but I did check
in changes to EIEIO which will be required to run semanticdb once my
semantic changes go in.
