Hi Klaus.
I just tried that and it failed:
C:\data\joviedo\Emacs\site-lisp_21_3\CEDET\cedet-1.0beta2b>make clean-all
find  -type f \( -name "*-script" -o -name "*~" \) \
        -print -exec rm -f {} \;
find: paths must precede expression
Usage: find [path...] [expression]
make: *** [clean] Error 1
I'm thinking that my version find and/or make are not correct?

Subject: [CEDET-devel] CEDET Make error

I'm using cedet-1.0beta2b along with ecb2.25. When I first tried to compile CEDET a few weeks ago I ran into some bizarre errors, but I ignored them due to time contraints. Now that I have some time on my hands I'd like to put them out to the mailing list.

A little more info:
- I'm using GNU Emacs (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
- WinXP

I followed the top level install file and did the following:

C:\data\joviedo\Emacs\site-lisp_21_3\CEDET\cedet-1.0beta2b>make EMACS=C:\data\joviedo\Emacs\emacs-21.3\bin\emacs.exe

This produces the following error:

cd /common && make --win32 EMACS="C:\data\joviedo\Emacs\emacs-21.3\bin\emacs.exe" SHELL="cmd.exe"
for loadpath in . ; do \
           echo "(add-to-list 'load-path \"$loadpath\")" >> autoloads-compile-script; \
loadpath was unexpected at this time.
make[1]: *** [autoloads] Error 1
make: *** [common] Error 2

The make craps out in the common/makefile.

I had to go through and manually byte-compile everything the first time. I'd like to get this working for future updates, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
