#66 Installation with spaces in directory names

I have successfully used Cygwin to run the make for
CEDET. However, my emacs path has a space in it, which
confuses make/sh. To get around this problem, you can
change all references to files and directories so that
they are quoted.

In subdirectories, the following works (VI):

s/\$[({]EMACS[)}]/"${EMACS}"/g

I have attached the makefile for the root directory.

I haven't attached the file... I'll assume you can work it out.

Well, I tweaked ede-proj-elisp to generate that kind of code
    in the Makefile.
There are any number of other programs, like makeinfo, that
    could
have the same issue. Perhaps it would be easier to just add
    Emacs
    onto your path.
