[cedar-backup-users] Cedar Backup v2.21.1 Released

Cedar Backup v2.21.1 has been released.

This release incorporates a few minor patches provided by Jan Medlock.
 There was a typo in the manpage, and the latest /usr/bin/split changed its
output and broke the split extension.  Jan's patches fix both problems.

Unfortunately, due to the state of the Debian freeze, version 2.21.1-1 will
