[cedar-backup-users] Cedar Backup v2.19.4 Released

Cedar Backup v2.19.4 has been released.

This release adds support for the Python 2.6 interpreter, by fixing
some deprecation warnings and changing the expected conditions for one
test case.  This should make it easier for Ubuntu users to run the
latest release.

You can get the latest Python source package from this URL:

You can get the latest Debian package from the Cedar Solutions APT
source, or from this URL:
