Commands to run at particular events?...

ExecOnLoad = sts6;pt;tl ... etc.
ExecOnNew = es'This is a new file' ...
ExecOnQuit?
ExecOnExit?

  SyntaxFile ... path to syntax file?
  KeyDefFile
  
  Maybe a list of paths?, e.g. ~/.ced/syntax.conf ; ~/etc/ced/syntax.conf ; /foo/bar.conf
  
  Try each one in order until it finds one?
