CECD - HDMI-CEC library, daemon and utilities

Please note that the library part (libcec) is distributed under the GNU Lesser
General Public License (LGPL) v2.1 or later, and that the daemon part (cecd) is
distributed uder the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.0 or later.

As per section 6 with option a) of the LGPL v2.1 license, you are allowed to
use libcec with non LPGL licensed code (eg. a proprietary driver backend), as
long as all the necessary object files for libcec recompilation and usage are
provided and allowed redistribution, free of charge, with the library source.
