[CDUCK-users] 0.9.6 version of cduck released

This version nor includes portability to the Solaris platform.
This is the final functional addition in functionality to the
cduck code for the 0.x.x version range of cduck. We will now
attempt truegh extensive code review, and beta testing (please don't
hesitate to send bug reports) to get the code to production stable status
worthy of getting a 1.0.x version number.
The 1.0.x releases will be bugfix only releases, that hopefully will not
be needed. Ones the 1.0.0 version is released, a new 1.1.x beta will be
branched off for aditional functionality that is planned for cduck.

cduck distribution.
