#1 Eclipse 3.0 Compile

I'm just gonna toss this out there. This gets it
compiling under 3.0, but I can't get the test runner to
work. It will generate skeleton tests. I commented
out the smart-ness in the code that only allows you to
generate tests for C++ files, so don't do anything stupid.

Regarding the test runnier, On solaris, it just dies.
On XP it can't find the right socket to connect back
to. I left some experimental code in there, so it's messy.
