Hi,

I'm looking for a program that can tell whether or not a cdr(w) is still usable or writable etc.

Will this program be able to or is this meant to check audio-cd's solely?

  cdstatus currently supports both audio and mixed mode cd's for exhaustive reading. On mixed mode it reads only the audio tracks. The rest of the information regards the table of contents and disc type. Currently there is not any diagnostic directly aimed at cd-r and cd-rw diagnostics.
  
  I don't know how much work this would take to implement, but I can research that and consider it as an upgrade for a future release.

    I can't find any app that will tell me what discs still can be written and how much space is still available...
