CDSA is defined for a C interface.  I don't know VB, so there might be a way
for you to use CDSA - if there is, it's however you call C interfaces from
VB.  I'm not aware of any code anyone has written that uses CDSA from within
VB.  I know that at one point there were some people working on a JNI for
CDSA so it could be used from Java, but I'm not sure what happened to that
project.
