#19 HRS EMM Proxy functions are not implemented.

The HRS EMM does not proxy application callbacks for GUI interaction or for the network streaming callback. This will cause an application to reject calls to callbacks if the application also does caller validation for the callbacks. The fix for this is to add internal state to the EMM that is tracked by the attach handle. This internal state maintains the proxy information. Proxy callbacks would also have to be added to the EMM.
