[Cdrtools-support] Bug: mkisofs strips tail chars from path components which are in Chinese

Hi,
I'm using mkisofs (3.02a09), and find a bug.
When I use it to generate ISO file from some files/dirs named in Chinese
characters, the corresponding objects inside the ISO have incomplete names.
They lose some tailing characters, the remaining part is identical.
For example, a file `source_dir/新建文本文件.txt` becomes `新建文本文_#xxxx`, the xxxx
part is some hex number.
This bug really bothers me and force me stop using mkisofs. Could you
please take a look on it?
