Cdrdao-1.1.6 released

Cdrdao is a CD mastering application that utilizes the disk-at-once and raw writing modes of CD recorders.

This release mainly introduces R-W sub-channel recording/extraction support and offers on-the-fly copying for Win32 based systems. A couple of bugs have been fixed and some minor enhancements were implemented. There is a new utility available (toc2mp3) that converts audio CD images created with cdrdaoto a set of mp3 files.
