1. It seems like CDRDAO adds automatically a pregap of 2 seconds length before the first track. Can anyone from the staff please confirm this?

2. In my 1.2.2 the pregap command does not work as expected. I get errors about having START statements at the end of a track but CDRDAO doesn't even check the length of the audio file declared with the FILE command right below the pregap (to see if it's longer than zero). The only workaround I've found so far is to add a small SILENCE at the end of the track.

This does not work:
  PREGAP 00:01:00 (silence/start combination doesn't work either)
  FILE "something.wav" 0

Workaround:
  PREGAP 00:01:00
  FILE "something.wav" 0
  SILENCE 00:00:15 (lenght doesn't matter)

3. I've got troubles with burning CDs that were read with CDRDAO before (toc-file + data.bin). This is what it tells:

S Y N T A X : sudo cdrdao write --device IODVDServices --speed 1 --eject --tmpdir ~/Desktop/ -v 5 toc.toc
