i have the teac 532s reader, but the driver general-mcc-raw don't support my reader. if i read cdimage from my reader with driver plextor-scan an the option read-raw, the output image is similar of the dcimage obtained by the general-mcc-raw driver?

The SCSI version of the Teac 532 CD-ROM drive does not support the SCSI-3/mmc command set which is used by the generic-mmc and generic-mmc-raw driver. The generic-mmc-raw driver just provides a special raw writing mode that has nothing to do with the raw reading mode. The 'plextor-scan' driver should be fine for your drive.
