Hi I've found an alternative to cDock (Free Trail). You can change the Dock in more ways. They just released v3 for Yosemite! Color your Dock in 3D and even change your indicator light color!
DockMod doesn't work under El Capitan. Add to the frustration you can't send a message to support because a submission error reports. Here's the problem with this application: Using El Capitan and trying to use DockMod to present a transparent (selfless) dock. Will not allow me to select a transparent shelf dock. Error: You don't have permission to save the file "com.appl.Dock.plist" in the folder "LaunchAgents".
How to correct or fix?
