#8 Prevents Windows from identifying CD-ROMs

When CD Lite is running, if a CD-ROM is inserted, Windows XP will not identify it as a CD-ROM but rather think it is a blank CD. Exiting CD Lite and re-inserting the CD-ROM fixes the symptom.
