A couple of commits fixes the qsar SPIs (service provided interface) for qsar-protein and qsar-ionpot. These couldn't be done correctly before due to sharing a package with qsar-molecular.
Good practise is to include the test resources where they are required. Otherwise there is a tendency for resources to be used without considering what is really being tested. Currently all resources are in 'testdata' but each module should be moved off this concept. This patch moves 'cdk-hash' and 'cdk-smarts' to use local resources. Additionally 'cdk-group' is moved off depending on 'cdk-extra'.
