Egon just tells me that he removed the class because:

- all its functionality is also available in the UniversalIsomorphismChec=
ker itself.
- the RTools class contained bugs which where fixed in the respective met=
hod=20
copies in UniversalIsomorphismChecker .

The original author (Thierry Hanser, I think) suggested its removal.
The method getOverlaps() is also available from UniversalIsomorphismCheck=
er.
