Has anyone recently run the CDK tests? I don't seem to be able to finish them: test: [junit] Running org.openscience.cdk.test.CDKTests [junit] Found IUPAC Parser test. [junit] SJava is not found, skipping R tests... ... and that's it. Could someone please test? Cheers, Chris --=20 Priv. Doz. Dr. Christoph Steinbeck (c.s...@un...) Yes, I have faced the problem. I had commented out everything but the QSAR and R tests and it ran fine. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Rajarshi Guha <rx...@ps...> <http://jijo.cjb.net> GPG Fingerprint: 0CCA 8EE2 2EEB 25E2 AB04 06F7 1BB9 E634 9B87 56EE ------------------------------------------------------------------- Nothing spoils fun like finding out it builds character" -Calvin |

Looks like the first test works. However when I run the second on its own by ant -Dtestclass=smiles.SmilesParserTest junit-test I get lots of output then [junit] Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space [junit] Test org.openscience.cdk.test.smiles.SmilesParserTest FAILED Any suggestions as to whats going on? ------------------------------------------------------------------- Rajarshi Guha <rx...@ps...> <http://jijo.cjb.net> GPG Fingerprint: 0CCA 8EE2 2EEB 25E2 AB04 06F7 1BB9 E634 9B87 56EE ------------------------------------------------------------------- Gods are fragile things; they may be killed by a whiff of science or a dose of common sense. -- Chapman Cohen |
