Currently CDK depends on JGraphT 0.6.0 (both trunk as well as cdk-1.0.x/)... Debian will soon contain 0.7.3, and would be nice of CDK would use this much more recent version too.

I took a quick look at how 0.7.3 breaks the CDK, and it looks like there's going to be a good bt of refactoring required if we move to 0.7.3. At the very minimum, to avoid rewriting CDK graph code, we'll have to supply an edge class. It looks like the latest JGraphT has moved to a graph centric model (that is, edge or vertex accessors are in the context of the graph and not the edges or vertices themselves)
