#976 Two-pass rendering needed to accurately set clipping area

So that bonds can be properly drawn only where no label is given.

Currently, either the bonds or the atoms are first drawn, resulting in the need of drawing white backgrounds. Using proper clipping, this is not needed, and transparency becomes possible too.
