Currently a single test in SpanningTreeTest is failing. The test is testGetPath_IAtomContainer_IAtom_IAtom()
The problem is that it tries to determine the spanning tree for NaCl in which the two atoms are disconnected, but it gets a path with one atom in it where as this should be 0.
This is caused by the fact that the getPath(...) method in SpanningTree is adding the start atom to the beginning of the path.
Is this the correct behavior? I think not, and hence it should not be added to the path.
If it is the correct behavior then the test should be updated to check for the presence of a single atom (i.e. path length = 1)
Fixing this bug will make SpanningTree and its test bug free (and should then be moved to standard)
