... if the only have one atom. This is caused by the patch with git hash dfb28054f2124655cfdff963c3fabc1905a763b9 (patch by Rajarshi, approved by me), which does not take into account the the query may be a IQueryAtomContainer... currently it casts all atoms in the query to IQueryAtom, which fails when the query is not a QueryAtomContainer...
