#1014 SMARTSQueryTool hydrogen matching

SMARTSQueryTool doesn't let [H] match to itself.
Neither does it match "[H][C@@]1(CCC(C)=CC1=O)C(C)=C" to itself, whereas removing the [H] does lead to a match.

With Dazhi's suggestions, the bug is fixed. Fix has been pushed to 1.2.x on github
