Found some time to really polish the Gtk2/3 themes. Widgets in all apps should now look pretty much like in CDE. + Bugfixes

This 0.7 version is mainly an update of the Gtk2 theme. It now looks.. well as close as I could get it to mimic CDE (at least, this is as far as I want to take it.) It is now completely based on grabbed images from CDE, for buttons and such. The script will colorize all images for the selected CDE palette. (there are 40 or so). It uses code grabbed from the motif window manager to calculate the colors, so it should come very close to the original. Lot of programs still use Gtk2, eg Gimp. I'm really happy about how it works with Gimp. Eg all dialogs have green widgets, like in the HPUnix I used to work on as a student ;) (see screenshots.)

Added a more or less usable gtk3 theme for <3.20 .. hope it works. Also the pyinstaller 'binary' now seems to need to be complied separately for different distributions so I added a 'cdepanel.16.04' and 'cdepanel.17.10' Hmm is this still convenient..? If it doesnt work you can always download the depencencies and just run cdepanel.py

improved gtk3 theme. Its for >3.20 so you need xubuntu 17.10 I think to see the effect. Happy with how this is turning out, it has the wonky green dialogs now, like in the original cde see image
