Russian translation announced in gcdemu 3.0.2 is missing from fedora package (rok repository).

On Ubuntu 16.04, there is only 3 of 8 languages are available in PPA version. There is only NO, SL and SV languages. Look at the languages in the source code https://sourceforge.net/p/cdemu/code/ci/master/tree/gcdemu/po/
and then at the language files in Ubuntu PPA version on the screenshot.

Indeed; only no, sl, and sv languages were actually enabled in CMakeLists.txt.

I have pushed new version of cdemu-client (3.0.4) and gcdemu (3.0.3) that enable all languages, and updated Fedora and Ubuntu packages.
