#13 Cant open encode .WAV file

in trying to encode a .wav file produced by the WAV File Writer of the latest cool player, i recieve the error:

"WAV File is Corrupted."

This WAV file is not corrupted, as i have been able to play it and convert it since with a couple of other applications since.

Trying to attach a smaller wav file.
This wav file was generated as specified earlier using coolplayer wav file writer.
I have stopped it short so that the wav file size is small enough to attach here (so other converters will probably still think it is a full 4 minute song and create a full 5 meg MP3 file..... but they will create it nonetheless. That is of course not what i am testing for.
Problems occur in attempting to encode to mp3 either with a complete sample, or as here, an incomplete sample.

Hi all,
attached a small wav file in 5 pieces. I guess you dont need any more than 1 of them, but i added them just in case.
Attaching worked fine once i finally got the error message correctly that i couldnt upload anything more than 200k or so!
